Recommended Technology Platform
To ensure we can fulfill our service obligations, you must maintain the minimum hardware and software standards outlined below. These standards will be updated periodically to reflect evolving technologies. Support for items that do not meet these minimum standards will be provided at our discretion and may not be covered under your service agreement.
All devices in this list are expected to be up-to-date with the device manufacturer’s recommendations or security notices. We enforce updates as required for all managed devices.
Servers
Dell, HP, Supermicro, or Lenovo servers with the following specifications:

- Warranty: Current
- CPU: Intel Xeon Scalable 3rd Gen (Ice Lake) or AMD EPYC 7003 (Milan)
- RAM: 64 GB
- OS: Windows Server 2022 or Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS or Debian Bookworm
- Storage: Hardware RAID5 or similar
- Network: Dual 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps NIC
