Our Story
Technology should work for people. Not the other way around.
Bearium Networks was founded in 2018 to close a gap Abhi kept seeing from the inside: the distance between what technology can do and what most growing organizations actually experience. Before Bearium, he managed complex, high-stakes environments ranging from five users to fifty thousand, and watched smaller organizations get the leftovers: slow response, tiered runarounds, and advice built to sell products.
Bearium was built as the opposite. A boutique, founder-owned firm that takes a holistic view of your technology, explains every recommendation in plain English, and answers fast, because we recognize that connecting with people and listening is more productive than talking at them.
We're a remote-first team headquartered in Orlando, built for the modern distributed workforce, with responsive local support when hands-on help is needed. And because we're a small business ourselves, you get a level of personal attention national providers can't match.

The IT industry runs on tiers: you explain your problem to a dispatcher, then to a junior tech, then (eventually) to someone who can fix it. We don't do that. Why a Bear?
His name is Bear, and the company name says the rest. Bearium is Bear plus Barium, the element. Barium never appears on its own in nature; it only shows up bonded to something else. Bearium is the same. We never work alone. We collaborate on every problem, and behind Bear stands a round-the-clock team of security specialists, so you always have more than one set of hands on your technology.
In stories the world over, the bear is a guardian, and we take that to heart. Bear is warm and approachable, the kind of friend who gives a good hug. He is also fiercely protective. Friendly by default, fierce when your business is threatened. That is exactly how we work: easy to talk to, and relentless about keeping you safe.
And Bear is no stock mascot off a shelf. Our founder has loved bears since he was a small kid, and a close friend, an artist, drew this one by hand years ago. Bear has been looking after businesses ever since.
