Pricing
One Number. One Complete Plan
Most IT pricing is a maze of tiers, add-ons, and asterisks. Ours fits in a sentence:
$300 per person, per month
The complete Bearium Standard. Volume pricing above 50 people; servers and locations priced flat and disclosed up front.
What's In That Number
The whole Standard. That's the point.
The Bearium Standard has no tiers, so there is nothing to upgrade into and nothing important left out of the plan you're on. Every client gets:
- ✓ Unlimited helpdesk for your whole team, direct to a technician, 24/7
- ✓ A productivity license for every person: Microsoft 365 Business Premium or Google Workspace Standard, whichever fits your team
- ✓ Complete security: 24/7 threat response, device protection, email security, identity monitoring
- ✓ Backups that are automatically test-restored, with ransomware-proof copies and a yearly full restoration drill
- ✓ Monthly security training and phishing practice for your staff
- ✓ Cyber insurance alignment, questionnaires, and policy management
- ✓ Network, Wi-Fi, and internet provider management
- ✓ Small projects and improvements (under four hours) at no extra charge
- ✓ A named account manager and a real technology roadmap
A few things sit outside it and are quoted separately, because their scope is genuinely different every time. They are listed in full under available add-ons. Licensing beyond the one seat included is billed transparently.
A Straight Answer
Why we're not the cheapest, on purpose.
You can find managed IT for less, and if price is the only column on your spreadsheet, you should take it. But look closely at how those quotes are built. The low headline number usually belongs to a starter tier. The protections that actually keep you out of trouble (around-the-clock threat response, tested backups, security training, insurance alignment) live in the tiers above it, and projects, licenses, and on-site help are billed on top.
Price the tier that matches what the Bearium Standard includes, add the Microsoft or Google licensing we bundle in, add a year of small projects billed by the hour, and the gap closes. What remains buys the parts that never fit in a line item: a technician answering in minutes instead of a call script, a team that knows your environment instead of a queue that knows your ticket number, and one bill with no surprises in month eight.
We built the Standard this way after years of watching organizations discover mid-crisis that the thing that would have saved them was an add-on they'd declined.
That discovery is the most expensive line item in IT. We removed it.
So when you compare quotes, compare complete columns. We'll help you build the comparison honestly. Even where it doesn't favor us.

Common questions about pricing
Is it really flat-rate, or are there hidden costs?
One plan, one predictable bill. The Bearium Standard is $300 per person, per month, and it includes a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace license for every person. Servers and additional locations are priced flat and disclosed up front. There are no tiers and no surprise line items.
What is included in the base price, and what costs extra?
The complete plan is the base price: unlimited helpdesk, complete security, tested backups, a productivity license for every person, and a technology roadmap. The few things priced separately, such as servers and additional locations, are shown to you before you sign, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Standard per-person pricing applies up to 50 people, with volume pricing above that.
Why are you not the cheapest option?
Because the price reflects a complete plan, not a starting point. Cheaper providers reach a lower number by leaving protections out and selling them back as add-ons, or by skipping them until an incident proves they were needed. With Bearium, everything that keeps you running and secure is included from day one, so you are comparing one honest number against a base price that climbs. Line the two up item for item and the gap is usually smaller than it looks.
A general number is easy. An exact quote takes exact knowledge.
You already have the general number: $300 per person, per month. The exact one depends on details most organizations cannot rattle off from memory, like servers, locations, licensing, and an accurate headcount. That is completely normal. A free discovery call gets us the full picture, so we can hand you a complete quote with every number on it, and show you how much is already included in the base price.
