These standards will be updated periodically to reflect evolving technologies. Support for items that do not meet these minimum standards will be provided at our discretion and may not be covered under your service agreement.
All devices in this list are expected to be up-to-date with the device manufacturer’s recommendations or security notices. We enforce updates as required for all managed devices.
