What is User Onboarding/Offboarding?
User onboarding and offboarding is the structured process of setting up a new employee's technology access when they join, and completely removing it when they leave. It covers accounts, devices, applications, email, and any other system access.

How fast can you shut off access when someone leaves?
Immediately upon your request, and better still when we know it is coming. Give us the departure date and time in advance and the offboarding is scheduled to run at exactly that moment, so access ends on the hour you intend rather than whenever the email reaches us. Every account, device, and application access point is closed from a single checklist, including the cloud tools that are easy to forget. Sensitive departures can be timed to the minute.
Why is offboarding such a big security deal?

How much notice do you need for a new starter?
