What is Google Workspace Licensing and Management?
Google Workspace management covers the full administration of your Google environment: Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, and the accounts behind them. We handle user lifecycle, security configuration, sharing controls, and licensing, so your Workspace runs as a managed platform rather than a collection of settings nobody owns.

Plenty of organizations run on Google, and most IT providers treat them as an afterthought because their tooling and habits are built around Microsoft. Yes, genuinely and by choice. We manage Google Workspace with the same tooling, security baseline, and attention we give Microsoft 365. If Google fits how your team works, we make it work well instead of trying to migrate you away from it.
Can you manage a mix of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?
Yes. Some organizations run both, whether from an acquisition or by preference, and we manage the combination under one plan: one security standard, one user lifecycle process, one team to call.
What license does the Bearium Standard include?
The Bearium Standard includes one productivity license per user: Google Workspace Standard, or Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Teams, whichever fits how your team works. It is part of the per-user price, not an extra line. We manage editions and seat counts and trim unused seats, so you only pay for people who exist. If someone genuinely needs both platforms, the second license is simply added to your bill at a transparent rate.
Can you move us between Google and Microsoft if we decide to switch?
Yes, in either direction. We plan the mail, file, and account migration around your working week and keep both sides running until the new one is proven. A platform migration is project work, so depending on the size and complexity of the move it may be quoted separately rather than absorbed into your monthly plan. You will know the number before anything starts.
